Man, it's been too long since we've made a post! Candlewax continues to make strides towards becoming your favorite label. The Acorns are just about finished with their new album. Blake9 is working on a new project with a long time acquaintance that goes by Ionic. The two have known each other since 7th grade! Promote!

We're starting the promotion campaign for the "Crawl Before You Walk" EP. We had a successful trip to Atlanta for the A3C. Some of the highlights were The Juice Crew, Blu, Smile Rays, Willie Evans Jr., Guilty Simpson, and the good people of Atlanta. A dope event for sure. I highly recommend making a trip next year if I was you. I'm going to try to get back down there.

We're looking for an artist to help us with album covers and web design and layouts. This is a good opportunity for an upcoming artist looking to build a portfolio and wanting to gain exposure. I needed to show the news board some love so I'm here to announce that I'll be releasing a EP of pervious work that I've recorded with Prego 3/5 and Pasha da eMCee! Most of the songs are being mastered now. I'm hoping for a release date of 6/5/08 for iTunes and if you're going to the A3C in Atlanta this year, you could find yourself with a copy of the music on CD! I'll be handing them out there to promote the release. Stay tuned for more on this release.
